PurProwler is a user-generated platform and does not itself produce visual content; all photos and video are uploaded by users. As a condition of posting, every uploader represents and warrants that each person depicted is at least 18 years old and consented, and agrees to provide age and identity records on request. Users are prohibited from uploading illegal content, CSAM, content depicting minors, non-consensual content, or content they are not legally permitted to share. To the extent any records are required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or similar law, the uploader is responsible for creating and maintaining them. We preserve content, report apparent minor-safety violations to NCMEC, and cooperate with lawful requests.
